Biography

Frank Powers is the managing partner at the Harris, Powers & Cunningham law firm. Frank has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 1990. Frank is also one of a select number of Arizona attorneys who has been certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. Frank dedicates his law practice to representing people who have been wrongfully injured and people who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct of others.

Frank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Arizona State University in 1986. In 1990, Frank graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois. While at John Marshall Law School, Frank served as an Executive Editor of the Law Review. Frank also had two articles relating to injury claims selected for publication in John Marshall's Law Review Journal. Frank's 32 years of trial experience in Arizona has gained him recognition by his peers as a premier trial lawyer. Frank has been given an AV Rating by LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 Top Lawyer rating by AVVO. Frank has also been selected by his peers to be listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.

Frank is a member of several professional trial associations and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a professional organization recognizing accomplishments of lawyers winning multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients. Frank has also been a presenter at seminars and has served as faculty for the State Bar of Arizona's Trial College. Frank has also been active in several other professional and civic organizations, including volunteering as a Pro-Tem Judge, volunteering as a Big Brother and volunteering as a little league baseball coach.
